I am happy to provide services to those with insurance and self-pay. I am currently in network with BCBS, Tricare, Aetna, Cigna, and United Healthcare. 

I have availability Monday - Thursday 9am-4pm.

I received my Bachelors in Social Work at Appalachian State University in 2015 and my Masters Degree from North Carolina State University in 2018.  I have experience in working with diverse populations such as children,adolescents, adults and the geriatric population. Prior to opening my own private practice, I worked in a group practice, hospice setting, and in adolescent theraputic school.

I have worked with individuals who suffer from anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders and life transistions.  Prior to establishing my private practice, I refined my skills in these settings, equipping me to provide comprehensive support to individuals navigating various challenges.
